There are moments when the struggle feels unbearable. When you’re in the thick of it, the only thing that seems reasonable is wanting it to end. Not tomorrow. Now.
But here’s the thing: when we resist the struggle, when we reject it or judge ourselves for being in it, we actually give it more power. Resistance creates stagnation. That pain and chaos you’re feeling? It embeds itself deeper into your system when you’re unwilling to honor it.
Really, Bless the struggle?
I get it. I’ve been there too. I’m someone who carries warrior energy, and sometimes, the last thing I want to do is “bless the struggle.” I want to fight it, hide from it, or pretend it’s not happening. I even reread a past blog where I wrote about seeing the blessings in the struggle. I rolled my eyes (okay, maybe I even wanted to punch myself in the face). That’s the truth.
the sacred truth
You don’t have to pretend it doesn’t hurt. You don’t have to like the struggle. You just need to be willing to meet it—to feel it—and allow your Soul to guide you through it.
There is a space within you, even if it’s buried under years of judgment or doubt, that has never been wounded. This space is whole, powerful, and knows exactly what to do. It is the limitless you—the Divine within. When you access that place, even momentarily, you begin to remember your wholeness.
Begin again
Let this simple activation be a beginning:
“I have a willingness to honor this struggle and allow that part of me that knows I am unlimited to receive the resources of the Universe.”
Repeat it gently. Say it aloud when your chest tightens. Whisper it when your mind starts racing. This isn’t about fixing—it’s about aligning. And, letting Divine grace rise to meet you where you are.
I encourage you to return to this space of willingness a couple of times a day—especially during the hard moments. Let it become a practice of compassion, not correction.
You are not broken. You are brave.

And perhaps, once the struggle has moved through, you’ll begin to see how it shaped you into someone more powerful, more open to receive, and more in alignment with your Divine greatness.
And if you’re feeling called to explore the unique Languages of your Soul, or you want to offer that discovery to someone else, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute session by clicking here.
About Jennifer
Jennifer Urezzio is a Soul-whispering, BS-incinerating, divine codebreaker who moonlights as an intuitive strategist but secretly operates as a full-time interdimensional translator for your Soul’s deepest truth.
She didn’t just found Soul Language—she channeled an entire spiritual dialect from the primordial soup of the Divine and turned it into a system that makes your therapist weep and your higher self applaud. She’s the one the angels call when they need a communications upgrade.
Imagine if Carl Jung and Joan of Arc had a love child raised by Oracle whales and trained in intuitive jiu-jitsu by cosmic monks—that’s Jennifer. She doesn’t do gentle nudges. She throws spiritual lightning bolts wrapped in velvet. She’ll read your energetic mail, highlight the parts you’ve been avoiding, and hand you a blueprint for sovereignty with a side of “get over yourself.”
She can decode your divine operating system in less time than it takes your ego to panic. Her clients don’t just transform—they quantum leap into unapologetic alignment, drop their karmic baggage at the curb, and finally stop asking the Universe for permission.
She is not here to help you play nice with your potential. She is here to wake it the F$%& up.
It’s in those struggles that we find our super powers.
Agreed. And I like to know my superpowers without all the struggles. 🙂
This really spoke to me, Jennifer. I appreciate how you reframed the idea of “blessing the struggle”, not as pretending it’s easy, but as honoring the experience without judgment. That reminder that we are not broken, just brave, is so powerful. I’m going to try repeating that activation you shared the next time I feel resistance rising. Thank you for writing this with such honesty and fire.
It was my pleasure. I would love to hear what happens when you say the activation. And thank you for the comments.
It is so important to remember we don’t have to like the struggle, but we can’t hide from it.
Yes! And that we don’t have to fight it either. Thanks for the comment.
I love that you are also writing and talking about accessing the divine self! Whoo hoo.
What you say here is exactly what I intend, or am practicing, I should say. Allowing and trusting my own divinity.
I cannot *remember* my soul language! Isn’t that terrible? But in my defense (LOL), it has to have been more than ten years ago, right? Could I do the complimentary session again?
Hello! Yes…practice, practice. practice. I’m sending you an email.
