It is truly always darkest before the dawn. When we are breaking through from the pain that is causing us to keep having the same experience again and again and again…we can be overcome by the pain of those experiences.
In those moments, when we are fighting against feeling the pain (and truly letting it move through us), we can lose sight that we are loved and supported by the Divine.
The first objective (even if I don’t want to do it) is feel those emotions. This can be very scary. Those emotions stored up inside can create the illusion that you aren’t connected to the Divine (that you are loved and supported). So this is where you can do work with your Soul Language Team and activate that courage that is already inside of you to feel what you are feeling.
You can make a decision to react in a different way if all of those emotions are running the show behind the scenes.
The second suggestion is to connect. The way I suggest conscious connection is by “seeing” your Soul Language Team across a table from you. You can utilize this method or you can use an affirmation of truth (David Hawkins). An affirmation of truth could be: I’m one with the Divine. The Divine is always supporting me in every way.
The third suggestion is to allow. Allow for your process. Allow for your feelings. Allow for the expansion.
Action Step: Do you feel you need more tools, I invite you to The Year of Consciousness.
If you are interested in exploring your own Languages or offering that discovery to someone else, please secure a complimentary 15-minute private session.
