How were you taught to create? Do you believe that you are the master creator of your own life? In The Four Agreements, Ruiz talks about dreaming with awareness. I call this creating with focus. What this means is using the foundational belief that you are creating your own life to create with true Soulful focus, instead of creating with blinders on or from fear. Love creates love. Fear creates fear.
1. Taking Responsibility
Who are you blaming for your life? Is it your boss, your clients, your peers, your mother or father (or both), or even the Divine? Casting blame means that we don’t have to face that we truly are in control of our choices in how we feel, think and create. Notice today who you are blaming the most for your life and simply say, “I release this blame that is taking power away from creating the life that I desire.”
2. Who’s Beliefs Are These Anyway?
What are some of your core beliefs? Are they really yours? I know you believe in them, but do you want to believe in them? Today, you get to decide what beliefs you want to focus your power on. Here are a couple of sustainable beliefs: I am love. I am abundant. I am creating the life I desire. I trust the Divine. I trust myself.
3. Laughter Is The Best Medicine
I don’t know about you, but I can take life a little too seriously. There is a belief, for which I’m still in the process of making different choices, that says if you are light and having fun, well then you are not committed to what you do. So I have committed to having more fun. If you take life too seriously, how do you want to have fun today?
